CNC Milling & Turning

With CNC turning, material is held in a chuck and rotated while a computer controlled tool moved to remove material precisely and efficiently to create the component required.

Our CNC lathe has multiple tooling mounted on a rotating turret which is automatically selected and changed by the programmed computer providing repeatable accurate parts efficiently.

With CNC milling, the material is held stationary and a computer controlled rotating cutter is moved to produce the required profile.

Our 4 axis CNC mill can be used to manufacture more complex parts and also post process CNC turned parts as required.

Combined with our Design, 3D CAD and CAM programming capabilities we are able to provide you with a flexible and adaptable 'one stop shop' service for your prototype and production parts.

Why are we different?
We are able to provide a complete solution from concept to component and are setup to be reactive. We do not rely on our CNC machines producing high volume manufacture and are therefore able to take the time to produce prototype and concept parts quickly and efficiently to the quality you require.
